Makes Delicious Protein Waffles!

1 Scoop Nutricost Casein Powder
1 tbsp butter (melted)
1/4 tsp baking powder
1 Large Egg
1/4 tsp Salt
Water as needed to thin out batter

Mix all ingredients
Cook in waffle iron
Serve immediately and enjoy!

Makes about 2 waffles.

Make a Shake!

Directions:

Blend 1 scoop with 6-10oz of water, milk, or your preferred beverage.

Make A Batch Of Edible Cookie Dough!

1 Scoop Nutricost Casein Powder
3 tbsp Peanut Butter
3 tbsp Water
1 tsp Vanilla
2 tsp Chocolate chips

Mix Casein, Peanut Butter, vanilla, and water in a bowl. (Add water if necessary)
Add chocolate chips and mix until spread evenly
Enjoy!
