Suggested Directions: Take one capsule of Biofase with one capsule of Profase at least one hour before breakfast and at bedtime for 3 or 4 days. Then increase the dose to two capsules of Biofase with two capsules of Profase twice a day for 3 or 4 days. After a week to 8 days you can increase the dose or times taken per day if you choose too.
